Search accounts by email or display name
Returns up to 20 matching accounts. By default excludes the requesting user (share flows). Pass `includeSelf=true` to include them (author filters). Returns a slim DTO (id, email, displayName, avatarUrl) — full account details are not exposed via this endpoint.
